"The kindest women run this restaurant. if you are south East Asian I urge you to check them out, the interior and atmosphere is so reminiscent of growing up and visiting your grand parents house, I was offered free fruit and a takeaway box with fruit as well. The food is not “traditional” in the sense that the pho will not taste like a restaurant, but rather “traditional” in a home cooked, generous portions, with a light refreshing taste that you can only get from a relatives cooking sense. I cannot express how much it is important to support business that support a cause and provide a safe, affordable space for people in times like this. Heartwarming experience, I don’t normally leave reviews but this place is outstanding, made my whole day and reminded me of kindness. Vegan or not, $10 healthy and hearty meals is not something that’s easy to come by in any big city, please show them love :)"

The lady running the place is the sweetest, she gave us so many snacks along with our food for free. Highly recommended if you are looking for vegan food. "WHATTTTT THIS PLACE RULES!!! The best place I’ve eaten for weeks this has been so wonderful. A very kind lady welcomed us and made some off-menu recommendations for us that were all very delicious. She even gave us the extra toppings from her frying pan and then she brought out a Tupperware of Oreos for us. Then when we left she gave us three big packs of cookies. I want to adopt her as my granny. I recommend the lengass tofu pho!"

"Absolutely superb experience we had! Such a welcoming lady who have us with her $10 meal, which was amazingly delicious and healthy. She’s so kind and sweet that she offered peanuts in the beginning and then gave us a free biscuits and wafers to go with. The menu is having three or four items, but still it was worth a visit and I will surely go back again. If you are around the area, please support her small business as $10 for a meal is nothing in these expensive times."

"One unforgettable experience! Arrived there just after 11am, it said open but the door was locked and nobody didn’t seem to be there. I then called the phone listed on Google and the lady answered my call and said that they would be there in 2 mins. When she arrived, she gave me a warm welcome and told me to check the menu and have a seat while she tried to set up at the kitchen. There were also another two people came in at the same time as me which appeared to be regulars. The place looked very homey and surprisingly they only have 3 main menus: Phở, Bún and Cởm which you can choose the toppings. Because it was windy and cold, I had Phở with lemongrass tofu. While waiting for the food, the lady gave me some traditional tea to enjoy. When the phở arrived, it didn’t look like any typical phở I know. They used rice vermicelli noodles instead the wide rice noodles. The soup was very refreshing loaded with tofu which was very tasty, lettuce and mince gingers on top. It tasted like the real homemade comfort food made with love by your grandma. When I asked for some chili, they said they don’t have chili only ginger to keep your body warm. They also don’t use onion and garlic and the provided soy sauce on each table. After finished eating and was going to pay, the lady held me and gave me some apples to eat for desert. Before paying, she also gave me some rice crackers for free which I saw them giving it away to the other people! The chef also went out to see me at the cashier. Because he couldn’t speak English, the lady helped translating the conversation. He gave me some nice advice about my work and life in general which I really didn’t expect it!! He said I can come and visit him anytime another for more wisdoms. I told them that I don’t live in Sydney but will definitely visit them again when I come back and he gave me another apple for the road. They are just so humble and very kind which rare to find nowadays!! If you want some REAL hospitality experience, make sure you visit this place!!"

"Lovely older lady inside who is originally from Saigon and prepares and hosts in the restaurant. Super affordable at only 10 for each item on menu, and there are only 3 items. Very generous portions, got the lemongrass Pho with tofu and it was delicious! The entire restaurant is fully vegan. On the way out, the lady also gave complimentary rice takeaway box to enjoy later. Outstanding service and value."
